ADMISSION AUGUST 2016 DETAILS FOR RAJASTHAN

 

Admissions in Govt. & private ITIs  are made strictly according to merit . The marks obtained in the Minimum Qualifying Qualifications are the sole criterion for this.

Separate merit List are prepared for different minimum educational qualification for admissions . For example if a boy has applied for COPA trade for which minimum educational qualification is X and he has enclosed mark sheets of VIII , X, XII then his name will appear on all the three merit lists based on VIII , X, XII respectively . Now he will have the choice that if he wants to get admitted in some other trade which has lower Minimum qualification for admission  VIII for Welder.

The present admission procedure in Govt. & private ITIs is same and the admission rules are framed by Directorate of Technical Education , Jodhpur .

The applicant has to bring all the Original as well as Attested photocopies of all the documents , Prescribed fee , Self Photographs to appear in the Interview for Admissions . There are different Rounds of admission namely:-

I Round Interviews

II Round Interviews

  Round Interviews :-

There are two stages in this round.

The first stage is of STATE Level Admissions. In this Admissions are made in Divisional / Zonal ITIs namely Jaipur , Jodhpur , Ajmer ,Kota, Bikaner, Udaipur , Alwar ( Co-ed & Women) , Women Bhilwara .The persons from these district can apply on all seats in all trades in the concerned Districtís ITI . However students from other districts can apply for only the trades which are not available for them in concerned Districtís Govt ITI.

  The applicant has to fill the form & deposit it in the above mentioned ITIs  for admission in these ITIs. Normally the admissions in above ITIs are made few days earlier than the other ITIs in state.

  The second stage is for all other ITIs & DISTRICTS which are not mentioned above. The applicant has to fill the form & deposit it in the concerned ITI in which he wants to take admission. Admission will be given on the date & Time as decided by Directorate of Technical Education , Jodhpur .

 

I   Round Interviews  ( Second  session ):-

The Admission in the all ITIs are made on the seats which remained vacant in I Round and on the seats which becomes vacant after I Round but prior to II Round.  

    II Round Interviews :-

This is the last & final round after which no admission can be taken by any ITI or ITC. Admission in this Round are normally made at Zonal headquarters' Boys ITI  on all the seats which remain vacant in I Round & II Round and all the seats which becomes vacant after II Round.

Forms of all the ITIs of the Zone are included in this round for admission & a new Common merit list is made taking applicants of all ITIs of the Zone. A candidate who filled the form in any ITI can take admission in any other ITI of same zone if seat is vacant .

  The private ITCs can make their admissions on their own but they have to follow all the rules , Regulations and Calendar of Admission as issued by Directorate of Technical Education , Jodhpur . All the admissions made by private ITCs are to be approved by committee framed by Directorate of Technical Education , Jodhpur before they becomes effective.

 

Age Limit:-

1.         Candidate should not be below 14 years , No upper Age Limit.

Reservation:-

Presently following reservation is available for admissions in ITIs & ITCs

Fee Structure:-

 Following fee structure is approved only for Government ITIs . the student has to deposit the full fee at the time of Interview .

For Regular NCVT / SCVT courses in Govt I.T.I.
